The Principals of Structures International, LLC (SI) had been practicing structural engineering separately for a combined 37 years prior to forming the firm in 2001.
The collection of their vast diversity of experience has provided SI with a strong foundation for the design and construction administration of a wide variety of structures and structural systems.
SI has earned a strong reputation within the construction Community founded on our trademarked philosophy of providing simple solutions for complex problems®. It has been our experience that clients are better served when constructability and owner operations and needs are given as much attention as pure engineering design. This philosophy has proven to return more value by resulting in a reduced project schedule and lower total project cost.
Our staff currently consists of six dedicated associates – five licensed professional engineers, and an administrative assistant. All six professionals play a key role in each of our projects.
The firm’s growth and added market segments are further testaments to their strong project management and client satisfaction. Their creatively designed facility inspires the Design Team within, as well as the prospective clients and visitors alike. The building utilizes numerous materials in the structure and is highlighted with a number of stunning cantilevers and seemingly unsupported elements. The building received the Merit Award for Design from the American Institute of Architects, Jacksonville Chapter.
