New 16,400 square foot single-story structure consisting of pre-engineered steel frames with two rows of interior columns supported on a concrete slab-on-grade with a monolithic thickened slab edge around the perimeter and a shallow foundation system at the interior columns. The entire structure is clad with metal siding attached to wind girts spanning between the steel frames.
