Four-story office building founded on shallow concrete foundation system. The stair wells and elevator shafts were utilized to provide the lateral stability of the building.
The elevated floors were built utilizing a metal deck with a 5″ thick composite concrete slab. Open web steel joints were used to frame the roof.
Horizontal steel frames were used to support the mechanical equipment on the roof and vertical steel frames were used to form a screen wall around the mechanical equipment.
A wooden gazebo and wood deck founded on timber piles were built in the lake with a walkway from the office to the gazebo.
