New 14,000 square foot addition to the existing facility.  The structure consists of metal roof deck on wide flange steel beams and girders supported by wide flange columns and enclosed with insulated metal panel walls (IMP) fastened to steel wind girts spanning from column to column.  A portion of the roof framing was designed to support an air scrubber, an elevated rooftop equipment platform, and an elevated cooling tower platform.  The addition is founded on a shallow concrete foundation.

A separate 3,100 square foot addition to the existing Calcium Building consisted of wide flange steel beams and girders supported by wide flange columns and enclosed with IMP walls fastened to wind girts spanning from column to column.  The addition is founded on concrete grade beams auger cast piles.
