The roof structure consists of prefabricated wood roof trusses bearing on masonry walls and light gauge metal stud walls.
The first floor is constructed of 12” precast hollow core slabs bearing on masonry walls while the floors above consist of prefabricated wood trusses bearing on masonry walls and light gauge metal stud walls.
The main structure is supported on a deep foundation system consisting of 16 inch diameter auger cast piles crowned with pile caps and grade beams. The detached garages are supported on shallow foundations.
