New 350,000 square foot, eighteen-story condominium building with underground parking. The structure consists of precast, prestressed concrete hollowcore slabs supported on structural steel framing. Concrete shear walls provide lateral stability. The building is founded on a deep foundation system consisting of concrete piles.
