New 39,000 square foot, single-story facility with a 7,500 second floor administrative office area. The new building contains a 20-bay service department, new car showroom, a pre-owned vehicle showroom, and storage spaces. The structure consists of metal roof deck on open web steel joists and wide flange girders supported by load bearing masonry walls and steel columns. The floor structure consists of a non-composite concrete floor slab on steel floor deck on open web steel joists and wide flange girders. Steel braced frames were used for lateral stability. The entire structure is founded on shallow foundations.
