New 5,000 square foot, single-story retail building adjacent to the Cobblestone Plaza. The structure consists of a pre-engineered metal building enclosed with Kortech (foam) wall panels supported on top of a concrete slab-on-grade with a monolithic turn down edge. Lateral resistance is provided by steel hairpins embedded within the floor slab at the sidewall building columns.
