New 5,000 square foot, single-story addition to an existing vehicle maintenance facility.
The structure consists of open web steel joists bearing on site-cast concrete tilt-up wall panels. The framing system was designed to support a 10-ton bridge crane and is completely founded on a shallow foundation system.
