Replacement of approximately 185,000 square feet of concrete slab-on-grade inside an existing facility due to moisture related issues.
The new slab-on-grade is poured on top of a gravel sub-base and vapor barrier. Replacement of the floor slab necessitated the erection of a full height light gauge dust wall to prevent damage to existing inventory inside the warehouse.
