Two seven-story buildings, each having 99 units and founded on pre-cast, prestressed concrete piles. The structure consists of concrete columns supported by concrete flat plates. In-fill concrete masonry walls in between the columns were used to provide lateral stability for the buildings.
Two connectors were built to connect the two buildings at the third and fifth floor levels.
Both structures and their connectors survived hurricane Opel in 1995.
